DESIGN EXHIBITION!
Dataes:
April, 15-21
Venue:
Stecca3
“DETTO TRA NOI” is the design exhibition curated by Giulio Iacchetti and Matteo Ragni, presented by BRAVERY BAR in the first-floor hall of STECCA3.
A series of design exercises, some unpublished, others recovered in their common archive, still others belonging to their personal history, but all united by the theme of dialogue: dialogue between people, dialogue between things, internal dialogue, dialogue with the transcendent.
This design exhibition takes on the task of narrating how the two designers see the world, translating their beliefs into objects.
Anellove
Ring dedicated to couples. The name of one is transfused and transformed into the other through a sort of morphing not controlled by the operator. This geometry makes the object symbol of love unique and unrepeatable.

Amitié
Revisitation of the classic Aosta Valley “friendship cup” in which the gesture of drinking becomes “sacred”, because it is identified with the primordial act of sharing what you have, with the genuine pleasure of being together.
Project participated between the designer and several craftsmen: the latter interpreted the roofing element independently, through the technique of turning and carving.

Useful tool to make two hearts talk without the need to say a word. Essential to evaluate the real affinity of a couple.

Facciamo qualcosa per aiutare il Giappone?
The Italian tricolor, symbol of National Unity, lends itself to welcoming the flag of Japan: the result is a new, welcoming banner, where the red background of our tricolor leaves room for the red circle, symbol of the Rising Sun.
This project was created as a tribute and dedication to the Japanese population hit by a devastating earthquake in 2011.

Holy Handbook
A book and a notebook in a single object: whether it is the Bible, the Koran, or another sacred text, on one side you read and on the other you fix thoughts, concentrating reading and writing in a single object.

Moscardino
Small and essential, this multi-purpose cutlery is a real innovation within its type, synthesising in a single tool the fork and the spoon. Compact and handy, Moscardino is designed to respond to the changing habits of eating and receiving: for eating a meal quickly, for a standing lunch, for an informal aperitif or for seving small bites and finger food in a new and original way. With its soft lines and delicate tines. Moscardino is also a suitable piece of cutlery for children’s meals.

Pantheon Game
Pantheon Game is the multi-religious declination of a classic wall furnishing accessory. By varying the position of the cubes it is possible to obtain 7 religious or political symbols. The 12 white faces correspond to atheism and the randomness of the combination to a state of spiritual confusion.

Passaggio a livello
Thanks to the tube that connects the two vessels, the wine is always kept level. The synchronicity of the movement of bringing the glass towards the mouth allows an equal distribution of the wine.

Pollicino
A bread cutter that is 4 centimeters in diameter, which can be hung around the neck like a pendant, a micro-cleaver to divide bread crumbs into equal portions. A design/reflection focused on excessive abundance and chronic lack.
