After earning a degree in foreign languages and literatures and completing post-graduate training in public and institutional relations, she entered the world of trade shows and events, where she has been active for over 15 years.

Her first work experience was within the organizational framework of the Motor Show in Bologna, the first trade show-event representing the Emilia-Romagna Motor Valley. She then joined the French multinational GL events, a giant in the events sector, where she had the opportunity to participate in the launch of new international exhibitions. A brief but significant consulting experience allowed her to deepen her understanding of key local organizations such as APT Servizi and Italian Exhibition Group, before moving to Fondazione MAST, an internationally oriented institution in Bologna, where she managed both cultural and corporate events.

She is now active in the B2B trade show sector with a steadfast belief: successful management of the complexity of an event requires the right balance between diligent professionalism and boundless creativity.
